Our agile engineering team works closely with customers from concept through production, often delivering prototypes within just a few weeks. Our vertically integrated manufacturing process ensures quality and consistency at every stage. From in-house wafer design and testing to package assembly and final inspection, all key processes are managed within our facility. Our capabilities include advanced photodiode design, chip-fabrication support, and a wide range of packaging options, including TO cans, chip-on-submount assemblies, and leadless chip carriers. With on-site CNC machining and 3D printing resources, we can quickly adapt to new design requirements and produce custom components with tight tolerances.

To maintain the highest standards of performance and reliability, GPD operates Class 1,000 and 10,000 cleanroom environments and offers hermetic sealing, automated assembly, and comprehensive testing services. Our quality system is compliant with MIL-I-45208, and our products are tested to rigorous industry standards, including Telcordia (TA-NWT-000983) and MIL-STD-883 methods, as well as customer-specific requirements.
