(GPD), a U.S. manufacturer specializing in high-performance InGaAs and Germanium photodiodes, today announced it has been awarded a $14,455,986 contract to develop next-generation Software-defined Tactical Optical Modem for Performance and Ruggedization STOMPeR formerly known as Rugged Adaptive Detection and Signaling (RADS) technology.
