GPD Optoelectronics Corp. (GPD), a U.S. manufacturer of high-performance InGaAs and Germanium photodiodes, announced it has been awarded a $14,455,986 contract to develop next-generation Software-defined Tactical Optical Modem for Performance and Ruggedization (STOMPeR) technology.
